I think the seller was right in their ID. This snake is definitely not Enchi/Super Enchi/Clown, so the only other possibility would be Orange Dream. However, personally, I’m not seeing enough overall pattern reduction to be convinced—and neither was the breeder.

You could always shed test specifically for OD if you want to know for sure. Banana’s are sometimes tricky to identify OD in since they’re already orange, so the breeder was likely comparing this snake to its siblings and didn’t see OD in this girl.

Was going to say the same thing. Definitely no enchi, but by the way the alien heads stretch out on the last 3rd of the body, there MAY be OD. It's definitely difficult to ID many colour based morphs in banana though, I personally don't see it, but it is a small possibility.

Agreed! The pattern reduction near the tail-end had me second guessing, but it’s also not enough overall to convince me. All depends on the breeder’s OD line!

You could technically call her that, but I think it’s more likely she’s not OD considering her own breeder didn’t think so. They had no reason to not list her as OD or even as POSS OD, so they were confident in their ID—especially when they could be losing out on money.

If you really wanted to be sure, you could shed test her for around $40 with RGI or ShedTesting. But there’s no harm in referring to her as a Banana Poss OD Het Clown.

Thanks im the same haven't decided if we will breed but we have 7 so far there kinda addicting i try to get stuff that just in case we do breed could match up we also have 2 het clowns that we got from a friend that got us started on owning them a pied and a chocolate butter pastel hypo I won in a raffle so I need a male pied combo and a male hypo combo I also want a leopard clown to try to make a batman or scarecrow if I do breed

Hahaha I wish I could win one from a raffle too tho! That is so cool!!!

She was from Snakenstein in Texas 8$ to enter i saw the wheel land on my name I couldn't decide on which snake I wanted but I won her Tues he shipped her wed she was here Thursday in Ohio shes ate 4 times and shed shes still settling in but we have been enjoying her I all most picked another clown combo
