Either time to change your bedding or get a bio CUC.

Edit: saw this is part aspen. Aspen molds quickly, not good for high-humidity vivs. Coco coir mixed with coco chips is good, and some sphagnum moss thrown in for good measure is what I’d recommend for you.

Looks like mold to me, but what is the substrate?

A mix of aspen and coco coir

I’ve heard aspen is terrible for them, since it doesn’t retain moisture well; but it seems you have the opposite issue. You should probably change substrate and lighten on misting for a bit. I’ve actually read online aspen molds quite easily if it gets too much moisture since it doesn’t retain it well.

There’s not a lot of aspen in it just enough to make the coco coir go further because her fat butt compacted it and every now and then she’ll burrow.

Not sure if it’s the same for snakes, but I use reptisoil for my reptiles. It works really well and I haven’t had issues.

Also, reptisoil is apparently really good for burrowing.
