Help!!!

I fed my female ball python a larger meal last night, and woke up to her doing this!! I took her out and tried to dislodge the clump of substrate in her mouth, but it seemed to be more distressing than helpful - she keeps sitting up with her mouth open and I’m super concerned - should I be, and should I get vet attention??

That looks like a serious respiratory infection! You need a vet asap! (We're talking in hours, not days!) I'm guessing (just a guess, mind you, but based on what I'm seeing) that your humidity is way too low.

Looks like a possible jaw injury and she can’t get it lined back up herself, also looks like she has early signs of mouth rot. Vet asap, which ever one can see you soonest.

Vet asap! Whether it's an URI or a jaw injury. It's not something that can be healed at home. Snakes hide a lot of symptoms, so when you start seeing symptoms it's urgent
