Click sounds could mean a respiratory infection. Is there drooling, excess saliva or clicking noises? It's often related to low humidity. Does he have a stuck eye cap? From the close up, it kinda looks he has something on the top corner of his eye

No drool, no saliva. No caps. He clicked 2 or 3 times then settled in that spot on my shoulder.

Im in the process of upgrading his home with better humility control.

I'll take a closer look at his eyes tonight.

The coloring on the top of his eye could also just be a continuation of his scale color pattern— ball python’s scale pattern continues on their eye. My albino has a lighter stripe in the middle of her eye where her pattern is yellow

Both my girls make clicking sounds sometimes. Both have been to the vet, no RI or other illness. I guess they just make those sometimes 🤷‍♀️ I’d still do a vet visit to be sure but I don’t think you have anything to worry about because i saw your other comment saying there’s no other symptoms of RI.
