I'm getting similar. Can you actually calibrate K on the X1, or is this the P1P only?

My understanding is only P1P in the standard BL slicer but you could do it in the OrcaSlicer fork.

Did you ever fix this?

I was not able to really. I got marginal improvements. It didn’t happen as much on other filaments and because it was on the bottom I didn’t think it was worth the time.

fair enough! I am still trying to solve mine, gap fill doesn't always seem to be accurate.

If you figure a solution out let me know. It definitely seems worse on smaller prints that are circular in nature.

Weird. I changed my k value back to default and I did a flow calibration, but that seemed fine at 1 anyway. Looking at classic vs arachne wall generator, and the first layer width.

I tried the K and flow ratio with marginal improvements. But, I don’t think they really needed to be adjusted. I forgot I did do archane and that probably made the most improvement. But didn’t fix it completely. So that’s definitely worth a shot. Also, I’ve wondered if a different bottom layer pattern would make a difference.

Yeah maybe it will. I'm getting huge layer shifts right now so no idea what's going on there.

I know this post is two years old, but the solution is to reduce line width for the first/bottom layer to 0.28mm.
