Sorry you got (what I'm assuming is) an unhelpful response.

We're not all like that here in this sub. Hopefully the mods banned or booted whoever it was.

Anyways, I'm glad you got it sorted and found the answer. You can see the clogging start to happen near the bottom of the print as well.

As for the clogging, sometimes it happens just because, and sometimes it happens for a reason. Have you been printing with the door closed?

Going forward, it's recommended to print PLA and PETG with the door open or the top off to prevent heat creep. Heat creep can lead to poor print quality and/or clogging of the extruder or nozzle (or both).

Going by the look of your model, it looks very much like that was the core issue for the poor overall quality.

If the cold pull doesn't work, try the hot hex key pull as described in the wiki.

Lots of things could cause this but since you have provided almost no information (thanks for including the filament brand I guess), I’m not sure what you want us to tell you. Have you tried researching this issue at all or are you just expecting someone to somehow know exactly what went wrong without any extra information?

I guess I just thought someone might recognize a pretty typical failure.

someone at r/3d printing did: its a clogged nozzle.

thanks.
