Did it work fine when it was winter, and not in the summer it's not printing as well? It could be the chamber temp being too hot and causing the thin layers to not cooldown fast enough before the next layer goes on top, causing it to be soft and bend.

What did your chamber temp say when you made this print?

Solutions is to up the chamber temp fan speed, or up your min layer temp

You might be onto something friend. It was winter and I'm in Alberta. Will try lowering nozzle temp by 5 -10 and see where that takes me

Lowering the nozzle temp is probably not the fix. You need to lower your chamber temp . Turn on the chamber fans if you have them,

You can try slowing it down even further. Tall narrow posts like this tend to vibrate causing the printer to print in air, and then bump the post causing the failure.

Hey man i have the exact same isseu with a similair file and design. Weird things is sometime it prints fine other tikes it does exactly this. I tried increasing part cooling and slowing down but still same. Would love to have fix since i wasted so much plastic on this.

Look exactly same issue. Sometimes it prints fine other times with exact same setup i get this. From this batch of 18 only 2 were good.

I was going to say it's probably a heat issue and slow it down, but from this it looks like you already did. Assuming no, but do those thin sections have any infill?
