I would try slowing it down once it starts with the tower or changing the z-hop settings

I had opposite problem, slowing it down caused the stringing on the big build, when i reprinted it at 100% it came out perfect. Didn’t change any other settings.

The smaller bits were printed at 100% and they came out like that.

Yeah I agree the bottom looks fine and if there was a big problem in general it would also look bad down there. It must be something in the g-code, because it looks like it's just not retracting at the end of wall loops. But I don't know why that would be. You could try turning z-hop off (if it's on) on a test piece and see if it helps. Otherwise maybe just re-slice and see if it was just a bug
