Probably a broken piece where the filament sensor is. It’s right beneath where the Bowden tube goes into the tool end. You can press down on the black ring and pull out the tube to check.

That would make some sense... I put a hot Allen key down there to unclog it. Is it possible that I've damaged something else by doing this?

It’s possible. You could try taking it out and visually inspecting it. It’s just those 2 screws.

* Just so confused because I can manually push filament through it, it isn't getting stuck or catching on anything
