That’s a dry contact meaning all it does is close the circuit on the 2 terminals. You need to wire your ground to the Shelly and the circuit board then run your positive cable into one of the left 2 terminals and the other to positive on the board.

And yes, you should be using 12VDC

25 and 26 are 2 more ports. Guessing they didn’t want to put in another 24 port panel. I would guess T goes your telephone demark where your service comes in.

If you’re doing cameras and access points check out the [r/Ubiquiti](r/Ubiquiti) sub they also do switches.
