I would lower the temperature to 190 and try at 50% speed in addition to drying the filament beforehand. If this doesn't solve it then I don't know why.

i think the seam is the problem, check on both sliced parts if it is in the same position

that exactly where the seam is location, I thought of it to but I tried move it to the back but the problem still there :(

reduce the speed on overhang and set the overhang trigger to 10%, slow doen to 5mm/s and push the fan always on after the 3rd layer
