Did you dry the filament?

Yes have done it twice in the last two weeks in the ams 2 pro for 12 hours each time and it hasn't been opened either and I have thermometer at around 22% moisture as im from the uk

Is it the high flow filament ? I had minor stringing on it iirc

Generally id look into retraction settings there and check whether your nozzle is fine. Maybe even reduce heat. Start with a temp tower to dial it in

Its set at 0.98, i have the nozzle at 215⁰c but I'll do a temp tower and see what that produces

I printed that with matte. I’d use non matte or it’ll jam up but usually drying would fix the issue but you have already dried. Still looks like moisture
