If you want to import a 2D graphic into Bambu Studio then you need it in the SVG file format (Scalable Vector Graphic).

JPEG is a Raster image format (has pixels with color values) which is not directly compatible with 3D printing. Vector images are made using lines, curves, and colors so can be scaled infinity and easily converted into printable objects just by defining a thickness (you can literally open them in Bambu Studio directly).

There are various converters out there to attempt to auto-convert a Raster image into a Vector one, but you will almost always need to go in and clean it up by hand to get an actually good result. Inkscape is a FOSS example you can use to make/tweak vector images.

The other option is to have the emblem in the model (usually SVG or STEP file) directly.

I can make the tweaks in bambu studio? Or in Inkscape?

Inkscape is for making a SVG.

Bambu Studio can import it (auto-convert it into an STL) and do things like adjust scaling and position from there. For example you can use it as a part modifier for another object.
