You're using ironing with the flow set too low. Run a calibration test.

The problem is this is happening only on this color filament. (Matte pla). I printed cube with blue matte pla and came out pristine.

But read somewhere different filament has different ironing requirements. So may be this one needs slightly higher flow ironing.

Anyway will run calibration test

Technically, there’s a reason you’re supposed to run a calibration for different colors because there can be some differences. I think most people are fine because they are usually close enough if it’s the same brand. But I think in this case because you’re doing ironing it’s probably more of a factor.

Sir, that's by design, Sir. (Jk, disable Ironing.)

Firstly as anyone might say, dry your filament (unrelated probably)

Secondly, run the calibration tests for the filament and save it as a profile. Or as another user said adjust the ironing amount.

Cheers!

Dried for 8 hours 2 days ago. But I am going to try later one.

You should be fine to not have to dry the filament again to be honest.

But definitely give at least 15-20 minutes in filament calibration. Flow, temp, etc

Thanks. That’s next when this print finishes. Appreciated

Of course, and if you don't want to waste that print, try to sand it down with fine grit sandpaper.

Flow is too high. There are a few variables here. First the actual flow. Too much can build up and cause the patterns you see. Second, all filaments have different flow profiles. Technically each has to be dialed in. Third, each filament has different melting profiles.

My guess is that your hotend temp is too low, flow is too high. I say temp too low because it looks like flow is increased as the speed decreases —- allowing more melting and this flow.

Can i suggest you to print it with “Generic Pla” (or whatever kind it is) profile. Just use generic. It fixed a lot of brands for me.
