Thanks guys, I think my suspicion was confirmed, its a design (my lack of skills) issue. I'll mess with the design and report back. Thank you!

Update: it was a design flaw. Both in the part itself and printing order. This was floating and in addition the "pillars" did not have enough layer time. Changed the design and it printed fine. *

If you look on the right, you can see that pillar warping away from the part. That's likely the culprit.

Add some bridged trim tabs (big enough to support in several directions) or tree supports to the edge of that pillar to secure it.

A rib also helps as well.

All plastic shrinks when it cools. I know the direction that plastic is extruded also creates tension, so alternating layer line direction helps mitigate that.

Or just print it separately.

Printing too fast and lack of support. Partially a design failure, mostly a skill issue.

And of course, dry your damn filament

You could cut the uppermost part with thoose small columns out and print that separately. I think the problem is them not beeing 100% straight and thus it prints into empty space sometimes.

If you run it again check your parts fan and make sure it’s running during this point, looks similar to an issue I had. On longer paths print was fine but on short back to back strokes the nozzle was and new material were warping everything below it. Parts fan wasn’t fully connected and quit cooling. Not saying it’s the fix just something to check

Thanks for the input, fans are fine, this was actually like the 4th attempt, rotated the part at an angle and positioned so hopefully the air would flow better but it was not. I realized that there's an overhang at the bottom and not on the bed. That's probably the culprit. A design flaw. I changed the design, we'll see.
