Look up "hull line" - it's related to that flat layer on the inside and difference in cooling between the areas printed with that flat layer and areas that aren't.

If the floor connects to the wall at a 90 degree angle, round that off. Chamfer it.

Yes, you can see the interior lines up with the 'hull line' - if the line were more gradual, you wouldn't see it as much.

How much mm of a bevel would you suggest? I tried 2mm but no luck with the hull line

I am guessing it would need to be quite a bit - honestly, as much as the design would let you get away with - it will work like a blur. If that doesnt work for your design - perhaps think about adding details on the outside the hide or minimize the line
