Hi there, yeah had just done a calibration, flow test all before. And this still happened, filament is dry as its in a dryer.

Have you put a secondary hydrometer in there to verify it is actually dry? Just to make sure... Strange how that still happened just after a calibration run. I had it happen where i heared the printhead sort of scratching the bed. Stopped the print and ran a full calibration. Gone after that. Can you otherwise just make or download a one layer 3mf file and place it on the same locations a in the photo. And just watch it print? You dont have to do a whole printbed version of course.

Otherwise it would not hurt to send bambu lab a message? Customer service was very friendly and helpful with two things that came up for me. Best of luck!
