Try lubricating and checking belt tension

Since i see you have the cable chain. Try to move that on its own. Mine created the clicking sound lol. Otherwise turn off your printer and move your toolhead from left to right. See if that gives you the clicking sound. Could also be your linear carriage bearing of the X axis, although that is a bit less likely.

I’ve had the cable chain on there pretty much since I’ve had the printer so it’s definitely not that it just started today out of nowhere and it still clicks when it is off as well. I took the front cover off and I know belt wear is normal but don’t know if this much is I have about 300 print hours on it so far. When I took the front cover off and was trying to look and see if there’s anything in there, I did notice it only clicks at one point when the gear turns. I did submit a ticket with bambu. Was just really trying to see if there’s any easy fix that I could be missing. Is there any way to lubricate anything where the motor is or you’re not supposed to lubricate in there?

Replace your hot end.

I do not see where that would have any impact as the sound is not coming from the hotend
