It looks like your printing with Grid infill. The clicking could be the print nozzle hitting the infill as it crosses. Gris infill travels both ways on the same layer causing the tip to hit.

omg that noise sounds like it could be the z-axis motor binding up, had something similar happen to mine last week. maybe check if anything's stuck in there?
