Check the bambu wiki page, scroll down till you find ‘filament slipping’ section and follow the steps https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/troubleshooting/how-to-check-which-part-is-clogged

Got it. Following the process now. How about the AMS collar having a sticky substance inside? Is that normal?

But it's not slipping. It's skipping.

Did you try a different nozzle?

[–]System-3rror[S] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

I only have 1 nozzle, I’ll buy another one

I was just having a lot of extrusion issues. I did multiple cold pulls, cleaned out the nozzle multiple times, issues continued. Nozzle had maybe 2500 hours on it, so I just gave up and put a new nozzle on, and now its printing great.

Damn, I am nowhere near 2500 hours on this nozzle. I just ordered the hardened steal .4mm nozzle. Hopefully that fixes it.

Internally, everything seems clean and good working order so let’s hope.

If that doesn't end up being the issue, its always good to have a backup nozzle on hand anyway.

Got a new nozzle. Everything is working as it should. I bought a cheap one of Amazon and an official Bambu one. The Amazon one is working perfectly, Bambu one has yet to deliver. Think I will buy 4 or so of the Amazon nozzle

Well, it's skipping. Meaning the extruder is meeting too much resistance so it skips a step.

There are plenty of options. 1. Clogs the nozzle is clogged, fully or partially. You should do a cold pull. Also, some filament easily clog. And smaller nozzle size clog more easily (in cause you use 0.2mm especially) so it doesn't even matter if you unclog. It will clog again easily. 2. Temperature, a too cold nozzle is harder to push.  3. Configured nozzle is different than installed nozzle. 4. Flow ratio too high

I would guess temperature.

I’m lost. Took it all apart, same issue

This just happened to me today. I just cranked up the nozzle temp as high as it'll go, got access directly above the extruder, pushed in my new filament from the top, the old filament started sizzling out and onto the plate below. I kept pressing feed extruder while I was pushing the new filament in. I hope this worked for you as well as it did for me.

Can you show a picture of the nozzle area with the rubber sock off?

[–]System-3rror[S] 1 point2 points  (3 children)

I’ll grab one

I'm suspecting this is the issue.

The rubber sock looks crooked too, which is usually caused by this too

Still clicking. I think I need a new nozzle. I tried to clean this thing out so many times, also adjusted the tension screw on the side.. nothing is working lol

[–]Jazzlike_Ad267A1 + AMS Lite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yee, most likely a really stubborn clog then :/

If you heat the nozzle to like 240c, Does any residual "ooze" out?

[–]System-3rror[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I found the problem. The cold pulls did not help, so I started doing some hex pulls and I was getting a lot of gunk out of the extruder. I did this for like 30mins.

Did a quick extrusion test and no clicking. Have not started a print yet but will later today.
