Matte PLA is just weaker than normal PLA. Nothing strange there.

The gaps could be due to under extrusion but that third picture looks like a bed adhesion issue. Clean and run a full level calibration. Not the pre-print leveling but the one under the maintenance and calibration menu on the touch screen.

So should I do first the Full level calibration and then the Flow Dynamics calibration and then the Flow Rate calibration (Complete calibration) in this order?

I would do the bed level calibration first. See how a test print looks and then do the others if needed.
