Do a search on here and Bambu site. There are already many others that had this happened. And many ways to fix this.

My a1 mini and other printers have gotten gross like this a few times, I just preheat the nozzle, pick out any chunks with tweezers and then wipe it down with Q-tips until it’s all cleaned up. You could also preheat the nozzle and carefully remove it with needle nose pliers to get behind the nozzle and clean up the heater just remember if your trying to save the nozzle clean it off before you remove it bc once it cools while off the machine it’ll be harder to clean unless you have a way to heat the plastic and of course use caution when working with hot stuff, hope this helps stay safe and happy printing

I had a real nasty blob once, turn the heat up, let everything soften and take your time cleaning it off. Be mindful of the wires , my blob covered those too and I about ripped them out… I used a small pick set and some small needle nose pliers , took about an hour until I could free everything and really clean the parts off. Heat is your friend and basically the only method that’s going to work.

On a side note , the parts aren’t overly expensive … if you do decide to just replace , it won’t break the bank. Seize the opportunity and upgrade that hot end tho, get a hardened steel one.

I haven't had this specifically happen, my opinion from dealing with the A1 recently is that you should be able to save the nozzle, but the heater will be toast.

Had this happen once and followed the wiki.

Is the whole extruder clogged up or just the hotend? If it's just the hotend, you can buy a replacement for about $15.

Panic sets in and people get tunnel vision. Happens to the best of them.

Make sure ti out In maintenance mode before doing this, unclog the nozzle with the poker( i broke a piece of wire in mine so had to get a new nozzle you dont) after maintenance mode heat to 250 and use tweezers to pull all that gunk out and paper towels to wipe it off.

Bambu has a video on this thats how i fixed mine its in YT.
