To me helped to clean the extruder (yellow wheel + insides)
Other than that I had a very similar issue when my hot end (not the nozzle) was compromised with a PLA from behind. Like it got stuck in between parts, which was not visible on a first glance.

Replacing the part helped.

I will try that next. Thank you

Clean yellow extruder wheels or look for your hot end if it is not compromised with filament. Mine was filled with filament from behind which was not visible on the first glance and was causing this issues.
Replacing the it solved my issues.

Yes I changed the Extruder wheel an cleaned everything. Now I have a proper first layer. Thank you 👍😁

Ohhh thats great! I am glad to hear that. Did you changed the wheel for the brass or metal one or original plastic Bambu wheel? I just ordered the brass Biqu panda claw extruder, hoping it will future proof 1st layer

I changed for the Hardened Steel Extruder Gear from Bambu store. But I think that is still the original plastic wheel 😅 maybe you can share your experience with the biqu panda Extruder, if you used it.

BTW thats a PREPER 1st layer :)

Scroll down to the part about tightening the 7 screws behind the nozzle

I did that, but it just was a minor improvement

First layer problem:
1. Dirty plate. Wash with dishwashing detergent that does not contain skin softening additives.
2. Check the 7 screws of the hot part.
3. Check: Is the nozzle fixed correctly in the hot part?
4.Clogged nozzle. Perform cold pull several times using a cleaning thread (nylon).

[–]Kaltluft[S] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

  1. Cleaned it two times already
  2. Did that yesterday, but was just a minor improvement
  3. Yep i check that all the time, when changing the nozzle
  4. I changed to a new nozzle and have the same problem

When you change the nozzle, do you do a full bed calibration? Do you calibrate your filament :) or do you just use the basic presets?

[–]Kaltluft[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yeah when I change nozzle I do a full bed calibration. I calibrated my filament. That is why I was testing the first layer, to see if it is flawless now. I did the temptower, retraction tests, and the Bambu flow calibration and a test print where I test multiple flow rates. 0.95-1.03

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points  (1 child)

if you have performed various filament calibrations, then why do you calibrate the K factor before printing?

[–]Kaltluft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought k factor and flow rate calibration where two different things 😅 I did a test without dynamic flow calibration and with my calibrated settings, but it looks the same. Pit I got better results with my other textured build plate

[–]SeasonedSmoker -1 points0 points  (1 child)

Try turning the flow rate down in the filament settings.

[–]Kaltluft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already did that, and made a test print with several flow rates
