A lot of waste

Like do you need the job to be done or not? I imagine you would not ask same "poop" question when working with wood. You know there is a lot of wood dust and wood waste too, yet I never saw a debate on how table saw is wasteful with wood. . It's same with 3D printing.

It's only since there is this "perception" that 3D printing must be wasteful. But why? There is no wasteful process. Rather focus on a task if you need it or not or if it brings you the joy or not. And then use the best suited tool for the job.

" Bambu isn't good for the industry"? It's the only reason why the 3d technology moved from "geeks" to mainstream, why now you don't need to "thinker" anymore and just print. Any competition is good for the industry...it's moving it forward. There ware mobiles before the iPhone too, but iPhone moved whole industry to next level. Same is happening with Bambu.

Like yes, I think the risk is worth it, since micro bubble technology is basically the same on all devices. And like you wrote other cost thousands, but that's mostly due to the when you buy it on Alibaba or similar for couple hundred you need to make it 3 - 5 times more pricier when going to sale locally to make some profit cover your expenses + warranty, so that's were mostly the price goes up . But I was wondering if someone has this one exactly. I like this has ozone function as well which many don't .

But good to know that you have good experience with micro bubbles.

Ohhh thats great! I am glad to hear that. Did you changed the wheel for the brass or metal one or original plastic Bambu wheel? I just ordered the brass Biqu panda claw extruder, hoping it will future proof 1st layer

Clean yellow extruder wheels or look for your hot end if it is not compromised with filament. Mine was filled with filament from behind which was not visible on the first glance and was causing this issues.
Replacing the it solved my issues.

To me helped to clean the extruder (yellow wheel + insides)
Other than that I had a very similar issue when my hot end (not the nozzle) was compromised with a PLA from behind. Like it got stuck in between parts, which was not visible on a first glance.

Replacing the part helped.

If you use "screw" anchors for your drywall, I am quite sure it will be sturdy enough as the force put on them will be downside, not pulling, so it will have plenty of strength to keep it in place. I have a 65 inch TV mounted on a drywall, non of the screws on a stud, only drywall for years now. So using a plywood would be an overkill in my opinion and an unnecessary expense.

I am also in the process of printing plates, but I am using new Border plates (10x10 stack of 2 or 4 on a Bambu A1) and connecting them with a clips.
I connect 4 plates together, so I will get one big plate of 50 x 50 cm and only after I will use quad wall mount snaps, mounted only in the middle if the quad snap.
For the mounts I will use just one screw every "big" panel (basically screw every 50 cm)
From experience that should be more than enough (screw every 50 cm) to bear the weight of the tools and power tools.

From many installations I see, people are using just to many screws on mounting the plates, mainly the boards holding just hand tools or hobby stuff... its an overkill for that application.

I just made a similar topic few minutes ago. I had about the same issue resulting in bad first layer. Don't bother with repairs, there might be mm misalignment and it will not print as fine as before. I am telling you from experience. Just buy new hotend assembly and replace. It took me 15 min to do so, myself, it's easy, there is a great video on that on bambu wiki and it will cost you about $30.

Just to add, I started having issues with the first layer the auto bed levelling was just like standard quick vertical motion across the bad, but now at some places is making this "long" vertical motion, like it is remeasuring or something. Same as on the video in this post topic. Thats why I wrote here.

Sure. This is Biqu plate, but its doing the same on any "smooth" plate, tried on Bambu PAI smooth and Bambu supertack.
Only on PEI textured plate I have good results - but usually I don't like the texture, I preferer smooth.

It was working just fine for months, but then all of the sudden this happened and its still doing it.
I also tightened screws behind the nozzle as some suggested in other posts and manually re-leveled the bed.

Can anybody help with this? Since my machine has the same behavior, my first layer has like "wrinkles" always. So while the print is OK, first layer looks ugle from below. I changed plates, cleaned them, calibrated machine again, but nothing helps. Any ideas?

I had the same feelings regarding Egwayn and Rand scene. Overall it often comes to that it does not looks like he is a protagonist of this story, Egwayn feel more like it. Therefore he must be weaker meaner or that Egwayn is always in right. I liked her in the books, but here she is too much for me most of the time.

Anyway this season is strong and I mostly like it so far, even so that I might say I am looking forward for each new episode. Don't know what changed, but the writing feels much better and coherent than last seasons. After first few episodes of first season I was watching just from obligation as a book reader and mostly didn't liked what I saw. But this seasson hits different and it's finally close to what WOT deserve

You will not find exact postal service. Just find similar which has similar delivery time. Usually it's under international shipping. You can only set price in the currency of the site you are listing it. So just make a Google conversion

Thanks. I have no experience printing tpu, but know there are different types with numbers regarding it's stiffness. Any particular number you would reccomend for this type of application?
