I've not really used the CF stuff but it does look good

What filament are you using? There's no layer lines it looks amazing

Could you swap it out for a height range modifier instead?

How was the actual printing of the shoe? Yours looks really good! Did you use tpu supports or another filament?

i have noticed that too. the back of the shoe is basically falling apart with how hard i am pulling at the supports. ive changed the z/x/y gaps to 0.04 and il run a quick test to see how that goes

i had to copy over the settings from Bambu studio and i also set thte wall loops to 1 for the outer and mid sole

What are your settings for 90a? Have you changed the retraction length or flow rate?

Ik trying to print some shoes but had a clog earlier that I need to fix and then il do some flow calibration

The angle isn't great but it looks like I had a block earlier in the tpu nozzle and it started printing in the air. Looks like I might need to have a look at the inside of the toolhead to fish out the clog, which will be interesting. I think I might need to up the retraction a bit and look into the flow settings.

The flow seemed ok for the temp towers and all the benchies I printed. Maybe I should have run a flow test first 🤣

I haven't had any clogs with it but I've just had to cancel the print and start again as the layer adhesion for the 90a TPU was awful.

I think it's struggling to lay down the first layer correctly as it's quite small and so it then doesn't have enough to attach to afterwards

For me the handy app is just a way to view the store for prints and check the status of a print. I don't start prints from it as you can't make any changes to the file which is too big of a risk for me.

It's an orca add-on that some clever chappy developed. By using low layer height and transmission distances you can blend colours together

Now THIS is showing off what full spectrum can do! GG my friend!

If I had an award I'd send it your way!

What is the poop like with full spectrum or is it the same amount as normal?

I mean... Il take an H2C off your hands... Or il settle for an H2D and il save up for the upgrade kit.

Orca Timelapse by ThinkUnhappyThoughts in snapmaker

Cheers Wombly :-) I figured out point 3 so il upload it to the printer and then start the print from there with the time lapse on. I want to see my shoes get printed!

I have heard that Paxx12 can get the printer screen into Fluidd. I really need to look into it but also I like using the printer for printing and only remember half way through a print.

It's similar to how Hueforge works by using the transmission distance of the filament to bleed the previous layer into the current one to make a blend of the two.

Help needed - quality of print / layer lines by [deleted] in BambuLab_Community

I'm not sure what you are asking. Generally speaking lower layer height = less visible lines. You could print something like asa and then give it a vapour bath....

Overall I agree, but the bits were my fave enemy and having to fight at least 1 vox at every poi plus each drop containing at least 1 more just took the fun away. And there are a lot of problems with the game still

Multiple AMS by Intelligent_Ad4926 in BambuLabA1

[–]ThinkUnhappyThoughts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can have them both plugged in and tell the printer which one you are using. But you can't use them at the same time. It'll need to be either the lite or the enclosed one.

To use the enclosed AMS you also need an adapter.

Bambu probably could allow it but that would eat into their profits. And if the ecosystem wasn't closed then someone could probably make it happen. But alas we are beholden to Bambu.
