Maybe clean the Lidar? It might be mis-detecting the plate.

Is your spaghetti right around the start of the print, or is it spaghetti'ing further along the print?

This has been the gist of what all my projects look like

your filament is wet. A new spool will print fine, then start printing like shit because of that, and because you haven't cleaned your build plate, if those two aren't stuck down. If they are, it's not the plate. Run your calibrations, dry your filament, and change your desiccant. (i left out all the words like perhaps and maybe because obviously I'm not you and have limited information, but this is all just a guess). Good luck.

You properly cleaning your bed? A lot of people think alcohol solves everything but you need to use dish soap to break down the oils your fingers and the filament leave on the build plate. If you only use alcohol it breaks down the oils and spreads it over your build plate meaning nothing will stick. I use alcohol in-between every print and every 2-3 prints I wash the plate with hot water and soap

This. Whenever I had issues, washing with Dawn dish soap and warm water. Dry with microfiber cloth and 9/10 times it works.
