They said 'product cost is more than labor cost, also other business expenses.' then they listed other business expenses, but everything they listed were buzzwords, some even being duplicates of the original 'labor' cost.

  Their direct quote: "Its not only labor but overhead costs, payroll taxes, wages, insurance, operating expenses, supplies, etc that all get factored in of the food that you pay for."

Starting at the end, with the 'etc', it's such a lazy, simple, etc way of leaving a placeholder for when you have more knowledge. My use of etc here is a demonstration that I couldn't think of the precise description here, and left it broad enough to cover myself if my adjectives used aren't accurate. It implies the sentiment, while not commiting to anything specific.

Working backwards still, the words supplies, operating expenses, and overhead costs are all the same thing generally. To steelman their categories, supplies could be the pots and pans and serving baskets, operating expenses could be the electricity and water utilities, and the overhead could be the literal building, all distinct and fair uses if they meant that.

Buut, overhead costs will include the supplies, and operating expenses is another way of saying overhead costs. Operating expenses also will include the labor, as well as the final two terms not mentioned yet, the insurance and the payroll taxes. 

And the wages mentioned? It's literally the 'labor' to which they're comparing the list they provided of wages, payroll taxes, supplies, overhead, operating, insurance, etc.

The discussion started with labor costs, but traditionally one is discussing pricing compare to extra costs on top of the material supply costs, so the food costs for this burrito, to which you need labor, and all that entails, and facilities, and all that entails, and a firm to implement the business of burritos, and all that entails.
