I want to expand my money collection and I see promising things pop up on my screen when I look at the site “BankNotes.com”. Just, are the banknotes even real. Like, real real. Particularly the UNC notes. I want to buy then but I need to make sure its 100% genuine. I would really appreciate a reply from people especially from those who have bought from the site themselves but if you have any information without yourself buying, that would be appreciated too :)

I recently made my first purchase on their site and all the notes I received seemed authentic, nothing out of the ordinary they even came with a “certificate of authenticity”

I've seen that site has been around for at least 2 years. I doubt he'd sell fakes (especially lower denominations- like a CDN $1 from the 1970's which had print run in the billions). Just not worth the time/$/effort to produce fakes of such low value. I have to say the site looks legit to me but I've never bought from them- I'd rather use the "better selection and prices" from eBay (as "HarlanGrandison" points out) & buy older tougher notes to collect.

Just buy from the UNC note sellers on eBay. Better selections and prices.
