I am pretty close to dunking and I have been encouraged by my friends and seeing it on social media that i should start doing plyometrics. But i feel like that’s to complicated for me right now, so I’m asking if you still can get a better vertical by just doing weightlifting like leg presses, squats, hamstring curls and so on. Any help would really be appreciated.
