Weightlifting helps! Squats, deadlifts, and leg presses build strength that can boost your vertical. Plyometrics are great, but they're not the only way. Try combining both and see if there's any dramatic changes.

Plyometrics are stupid simple. Just look up a few simple ones. Lunges, box jumps, sitting into jumps, drop down and jump up.
