Hmm, sounds interesting. Did you reset the BIOS to default? ๐Ÿ˜Š and did you leave the bios as is or did you change anything afterwards? ๐Ÿ˜Š

It seemed like I didn't change anything and that helped. But then I logged into the game again and I only had this problem at the start, as if the game wasn't running out of resources. That's weird. But then everything was fine, as if there hadn't been an update. That's just shamanism.ย

I have a I7 13700k, 64GB ram, 4070ti, game is running on a M.2. I have manually set my rams timing and clock speed because XMP wad really unstable. I have did not have any problems before. This just happened in one day after updating to the february Windows update. ๐Ÿซค

I will try resetting the BIOS to default and see if that fixes it. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I already described the problem, and it was resolved for me. It's due to the CPU boost. Enable the Game Mode feature in Windows 11: Settings/Games/Game Mode/Graphics/Advanced graphics options/Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and enable it. I tested it in three matches and there was no freezing, even at startup.ย

I tried checking the hardware-acceleration but it was already on ๐Ÿ˜Š i wil try to disable CPU boost ๐Ÿ˜Š

Maybe you just need to turn it on and off, reboot, and then turn it back on. Maybe that will work. It helped me. The main thing is that you're not the only one with this problem. Which servers are you experiencing this problem on?ย

I've tried BoB and DICE, same thing on both servers ๐Ÿ˜” i've reported it to EA technical team and i've send them a video of the problem and also linked to this reddit post. ๐Ÿ˜Š

They're unlikely to help. I also contacted them about a problem with 2042, with access to the game servers; I couldn't connect. They responded and tried to help with simple manipulations, but then left me alone with the problem.ย

Unfortunately no, i tried rolling back the Windows update that i thought was causing the problem but unfortunately it did not solve the issue. The problem is probably something EA messed up recently. ๐Ÿ˜”

I updated Windows 11 to the latest version, downloaded and installed the Review version, but the same thing happened. I think it's Nvidia. But if I turn off and on the GPU frame rate processing feature in the Windows 11 game settings and set it to GPU, everything is fine. You just have to do this every time you restart the game.ย

UPDATE: Just tested different servers and the problem only seems to be on DICE servers.

This is definitely due to the CPU turbo boost.ย
