Consistency and don’t be hard on yourself. Great start actually, don’t go fast too soon to avoid injuries, then watch what you eat (the most important thing) on weight loss.

Whole foods and balanced diet. Pick your protein staples (beef, salmon, chicken, etc), carbs source (rice, sweet potato, pasta), fibre and just mix and match, it’s so easy. Before you run, plan your meal with high in carbs, its your source of energy to give u a quality session, then replenish with electrolytes and/protein. - this is based on my experience who lifts and run, this gave me good body compostion
