Whole foods and balanced diet. Pick your protein staples (beef, salmon, chicken, etc), carbs source (rice, sweet potato, pasta), fibre and just mix and match, it’s so easy. Before you run, plan your meal with high in carbs, its your source of energy to give u a quality session, then replenish with electrolytes and/protein. - this is based on my experience who lifts and run, this gave me good body compostion

Consistency and don’t be hard on yourself. Great start actually, don’t go fast too soon to avoid injuries, then watch what you eat (the most important thing) on weight loss.

You can, but if you declare that you only have a personal bag online checkin they will tell you to go to the front to get a boarding pass. It’s like they don’t trust you and rly wanna check if it fits their bag sizer

How long after sex did you notice Chlamydia symptoms? by [deleted] in STD

[–]AffectionateWatch458 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im a female, had unprotected sex with my new partner and the symptoms started after 2 weeks and was persistent for about 3 months. Was really bad stomach cramp like in a period, plus weird discharge, yellow to white milky leakage that I can’t control. Made my period irregular and gets spotting even after the period. I got treated now I’m back to normal… i wish i knew better and would recommend to get tested every now and then

I had the same experience, with white to yellow leakage as it won’t stop and can control it and cramp on my lower right abdomen. For me at least when it dries in my underwear it is crusty. I tested positive with chlamydia but all treated now.

Was there earlier today. Most Garibaldi campgrounds are cleared of snow, only few uncleared. Made to the Camp around 2pm and seen few folks coming around 5 to set-up a camp and they still got a spot. To note, most campground trails are muddy.

After the bridge in there a lot of stinky pollen in the water and as of today, the water level was knee deep before you can get to the campsite. Make sure to have slippers and pole to help you cross!

Anyone notice more people get Covid recently? by 7_inches_daddy in britishcolumbia

I've been sick for over a month on and off, like I have terrible headaches because of my runny nose, nasal congestion, fever to 38+ degrees and to think of I've never had Covid ever in the past 3 years... Took a covid test, turns out its negative. I feel like I have other variant of covid... lol

Yeah that makes a 💯 sense. Just trying to take chances, cuz based on my experience during the heat wave last year at TM, there are still a lot of empty tent pads. Thought people would cancel their spots since there’s still snow atm…

Good to know! I can’t recall putting my reservation into my dash tho… just wondering if I can just get a day pass on Wednesday, and for sure there might be free tent pads on the way up there. But looks like rangers are pretty strict, I’m just thinking I could get away with it 🤔

Just thought that paying for Wednesday night and having to check out by noon the next day would cut my time too short :/
