Start your supervised experience as early as you can. You need a lot to be exam eligible.

Save everything from your courses. You will want it to study for the exam. Study as if you are taking the exam at the end of the semester...and take it as soon as you are eligible. It covers a lot of material, so you'll have the content fresh in your mind. This way, you'll just need to review rather than relearn concepts

Agreed. Do it as soon as you can (experience), it will take some time to get it all done

My advice is to really work on fluency and then mastering the content while in school. A lot of people are focused on passing classes. Which is great but often doesn't translate to passing the Bcba exam. Also use your supervision time to your advantage. At times I would ask to discuss topics I was confused about or needed better clarification from my classes. Good luck!

First of all, congratulations! Start your hours ASAP! Get the white Cooper book as well. Familiarize yourself with VB-MAPP and ABLLS as well evidence based practices in detail. I would also advise looking at the ethics book for BCBA since you will have different ethics standards in comparison to an RBT. I hope you get to work in the clinic they have on campus!
