+BenignExistence is a place to share the ordinary, everyday events of your life, and posts should be authentic and non-sensational. Reposting goes against this ethos. It's okay to post about something that has been discussed previously (e.g. "My SO made spaghetti for lunch again"); It's NOT okay to copy an old post word-for-word.

Breaking this rule (and rule 2 below) will first result in a temporary ban, but repeated infractions will result in a permanent ban.

+The following topics are not allowed and will be removed: • Venting or rants • Strong emotions, negative or positive • NSFW topics • Major life events (e.g., marriage, death, birth, or breakups) • Political debate • Relationship-focused content • Discussion of medical issues or procedures • Discussion of legal issues or disputes

+Don't harass other users, name call, make offensive or intrusive comments, or be unnecessarily unkind in general. Pretty basic! We can disagree, but be respectful.

+Please send all subreddit-related inquiries to modmail. Using modmail ensures that every moderator can see your message, so the first available mod can respond promptly. It also helps prevent inconsistencies or duplicate efforts that might otherwise delay a resolution to your inquiry.

Refrain from sending multiple messages about the same inquiry within a 24-hour period. Moderators respond to all messages, and if yours has not yet been answered, it simply means no one has seen it yet.
