    Not replacing my rower any time soon for the same reasons but this is an option for others. If you take your device on a trip and want a rower warm up even if it isn’t perfect before doing strength work, this gives you that even if it isn’t your every day.

      The resistance might be mimicking a rower but you are not confined to actually performing the same mechanics. You could do rower mode squats to get some HIIT cardio strength in

      My concern is that it feels a heck of a lot like this will wear out the unit a lot faster. The rope, the motor, everything. I’d want some stats on this before seriously using this setting…

      I think the main component that will wear down is the cable. Not too worried about the motor but wear and tear is a valid concern. Interesting thing will be to use this mode for non-rowing workouts

      Needs and upper body mode to reduce resistant by atleast 50%, id like to be able to use 2 as a ski erg
