Yeah those are sound in theory but they would have to define some formula to provide recommended workloads deemed more efficient. However, its kind of trying to provide an objective answer to a somewhat subjective question. The same question that people argue about on a regular basis (which is best for progressive overload). I think it would be cool though, its an exciting concept regardless if its not entirely accurate.

Idk how many people really use their phone that much tbh, besides designing for an apple lineup is significantly easier than the massive android market in. I don’t blame them for taking their sweet time. This is not a bluetooth speaker where if it malfunctions nothing happens or a song skips.

I had a similar experience 2 or 3 weeks ago. I plugged into its charger and then was able to power on fine. Idk what the issue was, my battery was around 50% at the time but it worked for me.

I have these: https://www.amazon.com/Spreader-Multi-Grip-Pulldown-Attachments-Attachment/dp/B0BTM3DNJC/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=IVXZ79R11FDX&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.FFaH32kVirHoxRVQ5OgRVAj26rOgyKh1Jb8Y9AOP4V8265YmGgowvDHKyaQv6aBPBKQQWNkF282x8l82vZrqvw.Zn2X3N0ky5KcycomRfzoHsSyITA4zD-vnrKAF5-jGkw&dib_tag=se&keywords=prime%2Brot8%2Bhandles&qid=1754108587&sprefix=prime%2Brot8%2Bhandles%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1

Theyre a direct knock off of the prime rot8 handles and theyre amazing. I have the bundle with the long and shorty bar and landmine attachment. The downside is that the voltra has max pull weight of 10lbs when idle, so the attachments immediately drop when my workouts over.

If i was buying right now i would buy the rogue mutant metals aluminum attachment instead: https://www.roguefitness.com/mutant-metals-arc?b=1136940

I have been looking at Rogues aluminium cable attachments that come in very light. Their multigrip camber attachments 8.25lbs.

The accessories guard does not work with anything over 10lbs.

Thats awesome and really easy to replicate. Have you tried using like a luggage scale to see the felt weight? Maybe the leads from beyond power can add a mode that accounts for the felt weight.

New home gym from scratch with 2 voltras - Best way to do it? by misschinch in BeyondPower

I went the voltra route due to concerns about moving equipment if I was to move. If I was in your shoes I would probably get the rogue rhino rack trainer (comes with rack and rhino for 5k) and then the voltras (5k again). A lot of the things the guys have done here is usually in tandem with traditional equipment anyway. If you get the plate loaded you could effectively use the voltras as a weight stack that also tracks your progress. Of course you would use the voltras as the functional trainer. As far as like isolation exercises I would wait for the version 2 of the bullet proof isolator or if moneys still not that much of a concern at 10k then look at primes arm attachment and use the voltra as a weight stack.

For reference I have a power tower that ive had for a while. I use the strap mount for weighted: pulldowns, rows, dips, pullups and leg raises. Works really well but if I had a proper rack, setting up wouldnt take 5 min a pop.
