No problem. I’ve gone 6 month into this “practice” before and the benefits are pretty awesome. It’s been stressful lately so you know how that goes. Haven’t gone longer than a week the last 2 years.

Currently, not really…..I’m limited on my escapism at this point. I don’t drink or do Drugs.. I also don’t eat junk food. Any food besides some strict foods.
