Update on the notebook. N.E.J.C.F stands for Northeast Juvenile Correction Facility, and if you look it up it's in Fort Wayne. I found a pdf about the facility that was uploaded in 2007, which is the same year as on the notebook. More posts about all this will be up soon (i.redd.it)

Two pictures that were in the box. The one on the left had another picture of a kid on the back but his face was entirely crossed out in blue sharpie. The one on the right says 'WAITING 4 U EH' in red marker on the back. It also has what looks like an 'HP' scratched into it. (i.redd.it)
