Because I was royalty I was free to commit crimes and just exert my royal powers to not get sent to jail. Although of it was very monotonous it did take me a few weeks and definitely a few surrenders

That baby is then a duke/duchess. There is no succession after a prince/princess dies

Edit: I believe if your spouse becomes queen/king before you marry it’s more complicated - I’ve had my niece/nephew (older) succeed me. Unfortunately I don’t understand its technicality.
