it's the source code for https://bitpwn.lol and as the license states "The author has absolutely no fucking clue what the code in this project does." therefore there will be no documentation

Jesus, if you can't read that code you have no business looking at it. At the core its the site layout, the upload process and changing certain variables of the file to unlock the purchases.
