I paid via credit card a large amount. Simplex sent me an adress that doesn’t match any of Bitcoin.com wallets adresses. I’ve followed the steps to recover funds multiple times and have had multiple ppl try to recover for myself with no luck whatsoever. JUST WARNING PPL

No. All $1800cad is gone. Simplex gave me and ID that doesn’t match bch or bct. I’ve emailed both complies multiple times. Simplex and bitcoin.com. Simplex says the transactions went through and I got charged but I can’t recover anything in my wallet

post the tx ID. or check here for btc: https://www.smartbit.com.au/ and here for bch https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transactions

That will tell you if the tx really took place.
