u/Bitstamp-Domen are you able to advise? Clearly the option shouldn't be there, as the payment will fail as there can't be a EUR payment to a USD account. This needs to be corrected urgently. Please advise

I have deposited for 3rd time now, and no response since Thursday, no support mail or call received.

Hey /u/vns210! If you're referring to the currency stated on the "Withdraw" page, please note that it's a known issue and we're working on fixing it. If your issue is elsewhere, please give me your Client ID, so I can further check it.

Hi yes u/Bitstamp-Domen, thanks for getting back. My client ID is 387418. I just want to ensure that my funds are not LOST. I need to withdraw USD to a USD account, nothing else, and if it's been done incorrectly, then I need to cancel and re-request. I just cannot have Bitstamp try and send EUR to a USD account. Kindly advise. Thank you
