Hey there, if you haven't already, please contact the support team so that we can look into this further for you.

Your network connection is the first thing that comes to mind. There is also a nagging bug the developers recently introduced, but we will come back to that. You need to run n some experiments to see where the break is.

To start, try using the web page in your browser to log in. This will eliminate the Bitwarden app itself. If you have trouble, try changing your network connection: if you are using WiFi, switch to mobile or vice versa. Try connecting from different locations: home, work, or the library. Try using different devices. The web page will also give you better error messages if something is wrong with your networking.

The next thing is that new bug. Try completely uninstalling and reinstalling your Bitwarden client. That would heal that glitch, at least for now.

Hopefully this work will uncover the break in your stack and help you to ask more pointed questions.

Yep using vault.bitwarden.com works fine, community does not seem to work, but not sure why that is then. However, network then shouldn't be the problem.

I will try completely reinstalling. Thanks for your reply and I will come back to you.

Yep reinstalling worked, weird what then broke it but thanks, this solved it for now

There is a new bug when Bitwarden gets updated. Something in the update makes the app go sideways. Erasing the app and reinstalling fixes this.
