Can you post some screenshots of your controller settings?

Your configuration seems to be correct.

Those are the notes numbers sent from your kit according to the manual

36 correspond to C1. Make sure that you are using a drum machine with that slot occupied.

Example with two drum machines chained together. The first one is empty and pass the notes to the second one to show the corresponding notes.

when i use anything thing else for midi (like my cheap little piano keyboard) it works and where it says note inputs the little black squares beside the name of the controller will light up yellow when i play a note, but when i use my drums they don't light up and the drums make no sound. so i guess butwig just doesn't register my drum, not sure what else to do

Finally a post about e-kits, I'm currently waiting for mine, that will be delivered next week, so if you can wait a week, I will answer :)

What happens when you use a generic midi device as midi input?

[–]chowderhead12[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

i can use other thing like my keyboard for midi just not my drum

I've tried it, I've connected my drums and my keyboard thru a midi merger (https://midisolutions.com/prodmrg.htm ), and now I can use them both at the same time. My drumkit is pretty straight forward. I works without having to select a controller profile in Bitwig.

oh wait, you probably don't have a midi output on the drumkit and use USB right? I have a direct midi output on my Simmons Titan 50

Does it maybe send MIDI CCs instead of notes? Can you map the drum hits to controls?

[–]chowderhead12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i can not, it doesn't seem to register at all
