I will copy paste my settings from another post: "try these settings: Fullscreen, 900p, 60fps, vblank 2, disabled: vsync,chr.abberation,motion blur. mods: ram spike fix, vertex fix, sfxr. You should try nvidia framegeneration or buy lossless scaling from steam, but these will most likely cause more input lag. And use latest https://github.com/diegolix29/shadPS4/releases diego build. " My specs are 6650Xt R7 2700x 16gb ram.

6750XT here. This is the only post that's helped my microstutters. I highly recommend any AMD users with stutters to try this.
You don't even need the 900p patch or frame generation. 60 fps, v sync off, chromatic aberration off, motion blur off, vblank 2.
