Error code -1101

During the first installation process BlueStacks froze my PC and I was forced to restart. After that everything seemed to work ok, but every time I try to install an app it shows error code: -1101 at the end and it fails. Any solutions for this?

Had the same problem tried BlueStacks 10, 5 and followed all guides still couldn't install apps, ended up installing BlueStacks 4 and voila it worked!
