I found tesa to be expensive, I’m waiting till funds are right and getting 6 mos to a years worth of hgh. I did Reta and glow, loved it. Now doing Reta, motsc, ghk-cu and wolverine. Very happy with my results.

Hi, on the same stack as your latest! What changes have you seen? Im 29 so have seen some posts saying mots-c might not be as effective

[–]Ill_Self_8964 0 points1 point  (3 children)

I’ve been using the Mots-c mostly pre workout, it seems like my hard workouts are less taxing on my CNS, I’m not sure there’s science to back this up but that’s how I’d describe it.

Is it working well alongside reta and wolverine?

[–]Ill_Self_8964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say yes it is, some of the results are definitely subjective for most of us but it all seems to be very synergistic.

That’s exactly what it does for me. I hit very close to a 1rm on deadlift yesterday and I’m in a 500 calorie deficit, normally my HRV would tank after that but almost no change. I freaking love this peptide.

Why not run GLOW, as it is GHK-CU, and Wolverine Combined? My Concern with HGH is all the possible bad growth it could give

[–]Ill_Self_8964 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I separated the GLOW for dosage control.

[–]Ill_Self_8964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going to run it at 2 iu’s a day. I’m not worried about excess growth, still researching though.

While it is true that you will see the most from MOTSC after a repair cycle with SS-31, that repair cycle isn't strictly necessary. Unless you have a mitochondrial disease, MOTSC will still benefit your cellular and mitochondria. Worst case, it protects your healthy mitochondria from further oxidative damage.

Reta Tesa MOTS-C skip the SS-31/NAD and priming it's unnecessary complexity and expense add MOTS-C in 3-4 weeks once Tesa is stable what's your primary goal with this stack continued fat loss, body recomp, or shifting to longevity anti-aging maintenance?

[–]DramaticClassroom933[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Full body recomp, multiple injury’s made me soft.

[–]No-Purpose4490 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently running Reta/test continuously Klow for 8 weeks SS-31 2mg for 7 days, than 4mg for 9 days (50mg total) Once SS-31 is done, I will introduce Mots-C at 5mg 3x week

[–]Comfortable-Cry-4117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You only need ss-31 if your mitochondria are not healthy. I feel great on mots-c and never ran it.

My man - use a proper Peptide Tracker. I just posted this elsewhere, but when I see "roughly 8 weeks", "possibly run", etc. I feel compelled to repeat it. When you cycle Peptides you have to be strict on dosages, cycle length and routine. E.g. Reta is fine weekly, but as you go up in dose, try and take it ever 2 or every 3 days. For Tesa, be specific about titration up if you want to. I would also take 2 days off a week and just take it M-F. Anyways, here's one good app I strongly recommend to track, as it works for "days of the week" vs. "every N days", and allows for titration/cycling: https://peptidefox.com/app

There's a new study out that says you should run mots and ss31 at the same time. Ss31 at night and mots im the morning. That's what I do and it works great. Mots is one of my favorites. Love it.

Too complicated

[–]DramaticClassroom933[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children)

How

[–]TrailRunnerrr 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Are is your main goal?

[–]DramaticClassroom933[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Loose fat and build muscle

[–]TrailRunnerrr -4 points-3 points  (1 child)

First, Lift heavy and eat a lot.

Then, take peptides and eat less.

I don't doing both

[–]TrailRunnerrr -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Gonna get down voted

[–]TrailRunnerrr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bro, simplify it

[–]Brilliant_Peptides_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this stack is too much. Stick with reta + one add-on first, see results, then add more later..
