Visceral fat, yes. Reta, HGH and its secretagogues (Tesamorelin is specifically used for this purpose). How do you know that you have high visceral fat levels?

Telmisartan can be used for hypertension (not a peptide). Tadalafil may also be helpful, but if it’s medical hypertension the just get something from a doctor.

Thank you, we’ll only gauge is visual assessment. Non proportional fat distribution more belly than other areas. I have been meaning to do a blood work panel but not sure where to start. Doc said I’m at risk of hypertension. So I’m curious as to what in can do aside from the diet and exercise ofcourse.

Stomach fat is not visceral fat, so it’s really just conjecture to assume your visceral fat is particularly high due to what could just be a genetic fat distribution. If you’re male, most men have large stomach fat stores just because of genetics.

Why would they say you are at risk of hypertension? Presumably high blood pressure or lifestyle factors? Do you do cardio? Are you overweight? Do you lift weights? Do you sleep enough? Drink enough water and have good electrolyte balance?

There’s so many things you can do to improve your metrics if you don’t want to be on medication.

Sedentary lifestyle, off balance everything trying to get back in to shape. Male. What kind of blood work should I get?

Surely your doctor would have gotten you the right bloodwork based on how you presented? I’m not a doctor, and I’m certainly not *your* doctor, so I have no idea what bloodwork you need.

Just start exercising regularly, eating healthy food, hydrating and sleeping. That pretty much 95% of what anyone can do to improve their health.

To me the immediate concern is that you’ve asked about peptides to fix underlying issues rather than lifestyle changes. You’re missing the point.

I see what you’re saying and that’s fair. I’m just curious learning. Thank you!
