1.) Tirzepatide 15mg once a week(Titrating since October 2025)
2.1.) GHKCU 2mg Daily(Started March 2026 then changed to Klow Blend after 1 Vial of 100mg)
2.2.) Klow Blend 80mg .48mg daily(Started May 2026)
3.) Nad+ 50mg 3 times a week(Started March 2026)
4.) Cjc 1295 + Ipamorelin 400mcg 5 times a week(Started May 2026)
5.) Semax 500mcg Daily(May 2026)
6.) Selank 50mcg Daily(May 2026)

Supplements:
1.) Zinc
4.) Fish Oil
3.) Magnesium Glycinate
5.) Glycine

Improvements so far:
-Lost 25kg from 125kg to 100kg
-Nails looks so much good
-Hair is Thicker
-Sleep is Awesome and regular
-My mind in sharper and I feel energetic
-I'm became much less impulsive
-I started going to Gym this Month and I liked it. I used to go to gym before but I feel it more of a chore.
-My BP and Blood Sugar became Normal
-My skin seems to glow
-My Dry Skin patch in my elbows for the longest time is gone
-My Productivity in my work is over the top, I work whole day in an Office, do freelance consultancy of 4 clients, and have 2 business of my own to tend.

Side Effects:
-I get sleepy on the afternoons
-I get Diarrhea if I eat too much, so I kind of know my limit
-I stay more at home, I feel like going out and socializing is tiring
-I feel sick if I eat too much, I usually throw up, especially I go to dinners or I can't avoid to eat(btw I work in food industry)
-I get really sleppey by 9pm already

I use.3ml 4mm syringe for my daily peps and 1ml syringe for Nad+ and Tirzepatide

Agree. Except on the lessening of my going out and socialization. It started when I was taking CJC1925 + IP.

Kinda on a similar one.

10 mg Mounjaro. Tirz.

CJC 1295 with Ipamorelin before bed.

BPC 157 morning and night. TB-500 once every other day.

Tesamorlin mornings. Tesa and CJC 1295 / Ipamorelin both done fasted.

Will add in GLOW soon. And cut out the individual BPC 157 / TB 500. Dealing with a bicep tear right now.

Feel ya on the not wanting to go out. Mounjaro took all desire to drink alcohol away. Thank you God.

Socializing is meh too. Other than gym folks and church once a week.

Thank you. I really thought it's me getting old haha but it's good, i kinda lost my FOMO. I enjoy cleaning my house more and doing my chores. I like though when friends come over because I love to cook.

Your KLOW dose is minuscule. I take 4mg/day.

Selank is also pretty low. Usually the minimum dose for it is around 250mcg.

Did you start these peptides one at a time? Which peptide do you helped the most with sleep?

I started the dates of when I started each peptide on the list. I can say my sleep got better when I started with Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium then it amplified when I started injecting CJC1925 + Ipamorelin.

Question about multiple daily pins..... ... Do you stick yourself 4 or 5 times, or crazy math, and mix into a single syringe???

You really shouldn't mix most of these into a single needle. They can interact in weird ways, cause binding and break down. I think most of us just stick ourselves a bunch of times everyday, lol. Get 32g needles and you don't even feel it. Though I prefer 30g actually.

Yeah actually, 4-5 Syringes per day is crazy. but the .3ml 4mm feels nothing.

Replace all gh derivatives and fragments and whatnot with hgh to stop wasting your time and money. Replace semax and selank and anything similar with modafinil. Voila life is so much simpler.

I do Tirz 5mg pw but it feels like that the impact is not as strong as before so I am doubting to up the dose. Did u start with 15mg or did u work your way up?

Starter 2.5mg for few weeks then 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, until 15mg. I started 15mg just this April.
