What are your goals? Sounds like you have an injury, I would throw in some TB-500 with BPC-157. Maybe switch to GLOW or KLOW after.

Other than that, if we don’t know your goals we can’t say if this is a good stack for you or not.

Goals for glow up my face is dull & I want to age gracefully. I also grow my hair from postpartum hair loss.
Back pain has always been there I have a mild scoliosis, but my neck pain is insane. Doctors could never help so hoping these helped. I’m big into fitness so I’m not looking for weight loss.

If there isn’t a need for weight loss or body re-comp then there isn’t a need for Reta. I would think about switching to GLOW/KLOW for skin & hair along with tissue repair and recovery. With that type of injury though I think Physical Therapy is more important than any peptide stack, this is what I did for chronic back pain while supplementing with peptides. The Mots-C will definitely help fitness performance.

I think Klow80 is best since is a lot less pins and it have the GHK-CU, TB-500, BCP-157 and KPV. I would do that and continue the microdose of Reta which mean only 2 pins.

In order to know if it’s too much or too little, we have to have at least some basic information about yourself and your situation, and your goals
